We understand that it is easy to become very excited about the auctions and the super deals made on the site every day. However, like with everything else in life, you should always act with responsibility when taking part in our auctions.

Here´s a few tips on how to ensure a fun and enjoyable DealDash experience:
1. Take a break from bidding if you aren't having fun and don't feel fully concentrated and well rested.
2. Never bid under the influence of alcohol, medication or if you are in a depressive mood.
3. Make yourself a budget and bid in moderation only to the degree in what you can afford to spend.

Use the Buy It Now feature and don't be afraid to walk away from an auction. We want to make sure that you don't suffer from bidder's remorse. Most items on DealDash will be up again at a later date. If things go too far and you don't intend to purchase the item with Buy it Now, consider saving your remaining bids for another day.

Underage bidders

Only adults are allowed to take part in our auctions. If you fear that a minor may be using your computer to use DealDash,  please contact our support team immediately and follow these steps:
1. Log off from your DealDash account whenever you have to leave the computer
2. Always keep your password safe and secure!
3. Use software, such as www.cybersitter.com, www.netnanny.com or www.k9webprotection.com to block access to websites not suitable for minors.
