Furthermore, to guarantee winning auctions are fulfilled; and bids are processed in the order received without the element of chance.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">The following is taken from the\u00a0conclusion\u00a0of the report to the\u00a0Management of DealDash:\u00a0<span id=\"more-108\"><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><i>&#8220;Nothing has come to our attention that causes us to believe that bids would not have been placed by bona fide users or that the use of bots, shill bidding or bidding by employees would have taken place or that winning auctions would not have been fulfilled (i.e. shipped) or that bids would not have been processed in the order\u00a0received\u00a0(e.g. &#8220;first in first out&#8221; basis) without the element of chance.&#8221;\u00a0<\/i><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Some of the assurance procedures included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>User data analysis<\/li>\n<li>Payment data analysis<\/li>\n<li>Data analysis of bid history<\/li>\n<li>Bid data reconciliation against shipment data<\/li>\n<li>Cross reference of user data to employee information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\">Auditing is a means of evaluating the effectiveness of a companies internal controls and maintaining such\u00a0effective systems is vital for achieving a company&#8217;s business objectives, reliable financial reporting, preventing fraud, and more.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">DealDash is\u00a0proud to have conducted this audit with Ernst &amp; Young, one of the largest international professional services networks in the world, offering audit and assurance services.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Providing customers with an\u00a0exciting way to win and discover brand named products is one aspect of what DealDash does.
