There are a few different ways that the\u00a0Better Business Bureau uses to rate businesses. Some of these ways include:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Length of time business has been operating<\/li>\n<li>Complaint volume filed with BBB for business of this size<\/li>\n<li>Response to any complaint(s) filed against business<\/li>\n<li>Resolution of complaint(s) filed against business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>According to the Better Business Bureau website, they have a total of 156 reviews on BBB, and 145 of them are positive, and 5 of them are neutral. Those are some really great percentages of happy customers.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s just about impossible to be a large company without having any complaints at all, and DealDash has had just 22 complaints in the last year. That&#8217;s an <em>amazingl<\/em>y low number of complaints if you take into consideration that DealDash does literally hundreds of transactions per day, and thousands upon thousands of members.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/imgsrv.worldstart.com\/ct-images\/site_jabber_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If the Better Business Bureau A+ rating doesn&#8217;t impress you &#8211; how about a 4.5 out of 5 star rating on SiteJabber? What is SiteJabber you might ask? SiteJabber is a web site\u00a0for customers to find trustworthy online businesses and avoid scams.\u00a0SiteJabber was founded in 2008 in San Francisco, California and has been described as &#8220;the Yelp for websites and online businesses&#8221;.<span style=\"font-size:12.75px;line-height:0;\">\u00a0<\/span>Customers create SiteJabber accounts to rate and review online businesses using an overall star-rating as well as criteria such as service, value, shipping, returns and quality. SiteJabber\u00a0receives over 1 million monthly visitors and have reviews of over 45,000 online businesses, so you know they&#8217;re legit.<\/p>\n<p>If you go to SiteJabber and look up DealDash, they have 2,972 reviews and over 2,400 of the reviews are either 4 or 5 star ratings.
