If you’ve had enough of Spring already and want to jump on into Summer, how about using a trampoline from DealDash?<\/h2>\n

Sounds fun, right?\u00a0Well, if you’ve never had a trampoline before, I’m here to tell you that it’s not just for children’s entertainment. Using a trampoline can actually have a great impact on your health. Here are a couple of ways that the trampoline can help you get a little bit healthier:<\/p>\n

Improves Your Lymphatic System –<\/p>\n

The lymphatic system\u00a0helps remove wastes from the body.\u00a0The lymphatic system runs vertically along the extremities, but the lymphatic system has no pump to keep lymphatic fluid and waste products moving. The lymphatic\u00a0system requires muscle contractions to move waste up the system and away from the extremities. Exercise of almost any kind can help generate this movement, but the up-and-down bouncing of trampolining is extra\u00a0effective because it\u2019s simple\u00a0to perform and stimulates the lymph system\u2019s one-way valves to open and close simultaneously, increasing lymph flow substantially as it works against gravity to move up the lymphatic system.<\/p>\n

Low Impact Cardio –\u00a0When you jump on a trampoline, the flexible surface moves with you as you land, reducing the impact of landing. Unlike other forms of cardiovascular fitness such as jogging \u2013 where the impact of making contact with the ground can lead to bone and joint injuries of the ankles, knees, and hips \u2013 trampolining is less likely to generate these types of impact-based injuries. However, the jumping motion still enables you to increase your heart rate and breath rate, thereby improving your cardiovascular fitness when performed regularly.<\/p>\n

Not only is the trampoline fun for just about any age it can improve your health. DealDash has the two types of trampoline that are most commonly found in or around a person’s home – the mini trampoline and the larger outdoor trampoline. The mini trampoline is mostly meant for fitness applications, but it can also be great fun for kids to get some energy out on a rainy day. The larger outdoor trampolines are great for kids and families, but please remember to get a safety enclosure to go with your trampoline.<\/p>\n
