Some rules were made to be broken. Just not these ones.
DealDash will use its discretion to void auction wins, shut down accounts, and revoke the rights of those caught using tools or engaging in any prohibited activity to gain an unfair advantage in our auctions.
Each user may have or maintain control over only one account without exceptions. Each household may only have or maintain control over a maximum of two accounts.
It is not permitted to resell products obtained from DealDash. This helps us to keep providing amazing deals to our customers. Violating this will result in account closure.
Winning limits are put in place to ensure a level playing field. The following limits apply to all users:
A user can only win a particular item once per 30 days. Any active BidBuddies that are bidding for the same item in other auctions will be automatically cancelled at the time of your win.
50 WINS PER WEEK
Each user can only win a maximum of 50 auctions in a single week. Once this limit is reached, all remaining BidBuddies on other auctions will be automatically cancelled. You can bid again when the limit resets at 00:00 PST on the day of the week you created your account.
Some auctions are restricted only to users who have never won a "One-Per-User" auction for that product before. These auctions are marked as "One-Per-User" on the auction page. Winning a regular auction does not restrict bidding in "One-Per-User" auctions of the same product.
Colluding with family members, friends, or acquaintances in auctions is strictly forbidden. Bidders found to be participating in teams will have all their auction wins voided, and in severe or repeat instances will be permanently suspended from the auctions without a chance to receive refund.
DealDash uses sophisticated software, monitoring systems, and safety protection measures to detect bidders who do not comply with this policy. We encourages bidders to report any suspected team players to our Support Team.
While we employ our best resources to combat Team Play, we are unable to reimburse bids to other bidders involved in auctions where team play has taken place.
USE OF THIRD PARTY BIDDING SOFTWARE
The use of any kind of external bidding software is strictly forbidden.
Usernames must not be obscene, intentionally misleading, or chosen with the clear purpose of impersonating an existing user.
EMPLOYEES AND THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS
DealDash employees and their family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and any person residing in the same household as employees may not under any circumstances participate in DealDash auctions.
