Always BIN to WIN on DealDash

Always BIN WIN DealDash

Winning an auction is great, but BINning a DealDash auction is nice as well.

If you’re a fan of DealDash I’m sure you’re familiar with the term BIN,  BIN of course means “Buy It Now.” BIN is the safety net that DealDash has very kindly installed for you. Today I would like to illustrate what a wonderful present that DealDash has given us by making the BIN option available for everyone.

How to Decipher the BIN Conundrum

Figuring out how much you will pay for the item if you end up BINning it is easy. Here’s a tip – the BIN price is always clearly labeled at the top of the auction description, on the left-hand side when you open up the auction’s page. After you have paid for your BIN auction you will receive all of your bids back that you have placed in the auction. If you are willing to BIN an auction you will never lose any money, because you will get all of your bids back!

Personal Example from Last Week

Did you participate in the “100 auctions start at one time” DealDash promotion last week? Well, I did, and I won a few small things – a phone case and a Wii U game. I had thrown in a few bids on quite a few smaller auctions hoping to win. However, the thing that I really wanted was the LitterMaid Self-Cleaning Cat Box. Oh, how I wanted it! I did a little DealDash math to figure out how many bids that I should put in to reach the BIN price – because I sure wasn’t going to stay up all night to watch the auction.

LitterMaid Self-Cleaning Cat Box – $111

$111 / .14 = 792 Bids

I only had 707 bids left after using a bunch on the smaller items, so I went ALL IN…And I lost. However, since DealDash offers the BIN protection, I very happily paid the $111 (free shipping on all DealDash WINs and BINs), got all of my bids back, will be receiving a LitterMaid Self-Cleaning Cat Box in the mail in a few days, and got to keep the “clock time” that I accumulated while bidding.

Since I was planning on buying a LitterMaid Self-Cleaning Cat Box from Petco in the next couple of months anyway, it made sense for me to bid it up to the BIN price. I knew that I was willing to pay the full retail price for the  LitterMaid Self-Cleaning Cat Box, and I had the possibility of winning it for an even better price. However, I didn’t win, and that’s okay! I didn’t lose any money, either.

In case you’re a newbie and haven’t made any BIN purchases, and don’t quite believe that DealDash will actually return your bids – it’s true! See my confirmation down below, showing the bids returned and free shipping.

DealDash BIN Confirmation

I hope that you have found this article helpful in learning some useful information about DealDash. Also, now that DealDash is requesting that the products you WIN/BIN are reviewed, I will even get 10 bids back when I review it! Now use your newly acquired information and go check out the auctions! See you on DealDash everyone! Good luck and happy bidding.

DealDash Outperforms All Sites (Part 1)

DealDash for the WIN

Do you use any other auction sites? Here’s why DealDash is better.

There are many different auction and shopping sites out there on the World Wide Web, and DealDash is just one in a sea of many. However, DealDash has many excellent features and quirks that make it a very special site, and one that’s worthy of your time and attention.

What Should You Compare in a Site?

There are many things that you should compare when you are deciding where to spend your hard-earned dollars, and the fact that you are doing research before you decide shows that you are a very savvy shopper. When choosing an entertainment shopping site, you should be looking at:
  •  Cost of individual bids
  • Number of bids in a bid package
  • Ease of winning auctions
  • Competition, i.e. Power Bidders
  • Response time from customer service
  • Solutions to problems from customer service

DealDash has Answers

Now that you know what you should be looking for in a shopping entertainment site, I am going to go through each and every item on that list and let you know how DealDash fares among other bidding sites.

  •  Cost of individual bids – DealDash bids fluctuate in price. The highest that I have ever seen bids sell for on DealDash is .60, and the lowest I have ever seen them go is .12. They are usually in the neighborhood of .14-.17. Other “pay to play” auction sites consistently charge .60-$1 per bid. Winner? DealDash.

  • Number of bids in a bid package – DealDash sells a variety of bid packs ranging from around 60 to 2400 bids. Other websites have similar amounts in their bid packages. Winner? Tie.

  • Ease of winning auctions – DealDash auctions are easy when you first start and get progressively harder as you bid on better and more expensive items. Other sites don’t have a “breaking in” period and throw the newbies straight in with the Power Bidders. Not fair. Winner? DealDash.

  • Competition, i.e. Power Bidders – All auction sites have Power Bidders. However, since DealDash has fairly strict winning limits the Power Bidders usually max out their limits fairly quickly and then have to sit out until their limits re-start themselves. Winner? Tie/DealDash.

  • Response time from customer service – DealDash has lightning fast customer service. I have had responses within minutes, and I’ve never waited more than 24 hours for a returned email. Other sites have emailed me back within a day, others have taken a few days, and some never emailed me back about my concerns. Winner? DealDash.

  • Solutions to problems from customer service – DealDash has the best and the nicest customer service reps around. I have spoken to quite a few of them on the phone and through email, and every single solitary one has been polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. Other sites, not so much. I actually had one customer service rep from a different site (No, I’m not going to name the site!) insult me when I said that I didn’t care to purchase $1,000 worth of bids that day. Winner? Clearly DealDash.

So you see from the questions and answers above, DealDash is the clear winner when you are comparing the different bidding sites around the web. Please stay tuned to the DealDash Blog, because Part 2 of “DealDash Outperforms All Sites” will be posted here on Saturday. Big Wins on DealDash

Image result for big winHave you ever had a big win on DealDash? There are hundreds of winners every day, some big and some small.

Most of you reading this DealDash article have probably had at least a few wins on DealDash, but unless you had some really great beginner’s luck they were probably smaller wins. Smaller wins on DealDash are fairly easy, but big wins can be downright difficult.

Why do you think that the smaller wins are easier? Well, there are a few reasons why this could be – starting with the fact that there are usually fewer bidders in the running for the smaller auctions. It could also have something to do with the fact that DealDash offers the BIN “Buy It Now” protection on all auctions. People know if they don’t win the auction outright, then they can always BIN (Buy It Now) and get the item, free shipping, and all of their bids back to use on another auction. Not only that, but they get to keep the “clock time” that they gained by bidding on the item.

People are usually more willing to BIN the item if it has a lower value. You are far more likely to find someone willing to pay $20 for an item than to pay $200 – Even if the $200 item is appealing, not everyone has a spare $200 in their budget to use to BIN the item. Either way, we are all lucky that DealDash offers BIN protection on all auctions, big or small.

What is the biggest item that you have ever won on DealDash? My biggest item was a Neato robotic vacuum. It was an awesome win, and it’s something that I use every day. Do you know how I won? I was willing to BIN this item. It was a little on the expensive side, but since I knew that I was willing to buy it anyway I put enough bids in to get to the BIN price – and I won anyway! With all of the bids plus the final cost of the auction I ended up saving myself over $100 than if I had just ordered it. So there’s the DealDash lesson – bid to BIN, and you might just WIN!

I hope this article has you thinking about your next big win. I want you to  get the most out of your DealDash experience. If you’re interested in reading more tips and tricks check out the “Tactics & Tips” section on DealDash. Good luck and happy bidding everyone!
