DealDash Puts Customer Service First

If DealDash.com had a campaign motto, it would probably be “Customers First.”

Many other online shopping sites make it extremely difficult for customers to address problems by hiding their contact information. Not DealDash. Instead, DealDash makes it extremely easy for customers to contact its Customer Service representatives.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the home page, you will see a big yellow bar with the words “Contact Support.”  If you click on that button, a message area with instructions on how to use it will automatically appear.

I have been a DealDash customer since February 8, 2012. If anyone asked me what I honestly know and experienced regarding DealDash Customer Service, this is what I would say:

  • DealDash Customer Service representatives always make customer satisfaction a top priority
  • They always respond to any and all inquiries very quickly
  • They always provide a fair and honest solution to any and all problems
  • They always respond with a caring and positive attitude
  • They always treat customers with the utmost respect

In a time when so many other dishonest online shopping companies deceive customers with hidden fees and automated shipments for products we do not need or want, it is a pleasure to do business with a company that I know we can trust.

By consistently putting customers first, DealDash will, no doubt, maintain plenty of happy and loyal customers like me. In the Army when a job is well done, soldiers respond with one word and that’s all I have to say to DealDash customer service representatives– “Hooah!”
