DealDash Customers are Awesome!

DealDashThere are some very special people – they’re called DealDash customers! Here is how DealDash shows their appreciation for all of their bidders.

There are different bidding sites that you could choose – yet you choose DealDash. This makes a lot of sense, seeing as how DealDash has the best and most helpful employees around. Even though the employees are great, the customers are the real stars of DealDash. This is why DealDash is so happy you’re here, and want to make sure that you are getting all of the help that you need on DealDash. Read on for more information on both DealDash customers and customer service.

Need Help With Anything? No Problem!

You can contact a customer service representative on DealDash anytime, day or night. Just go down to the bottom of the home page and there will be a button that says “Contact Support.”  Simply click on that button and you’ll be taken to a screen where you can choose to either send DealDash an email or click on a “Live Support” button.

Personally, I don’t care to do live support, but I have never had a DealDash issue that needed an immediate answer, either. If it’s something important that can’t wait, then live support is just what you need. Perhaps you have a question that can wait a bit longer, in that case, you might want to send DealDash an email. You’ll get a reply back within a day or so. I have actually had a reply back within 2 hours, so emailing doesn’t necessarily mean that you will have to wait a full day for an answer, either.

Bid Sales, Promotions, and Free Bids

DealDash is so happy that you choose to bid on the site that they always offer some great perks to their loyal bidders. There are many things that you might think of when you think of DealDash perks, but I’d say that the top three favorites are bid sales, promotions, and free bids. Here are how those all work:

  1. Bid Sales – Even though DealDash bids are technically worth .60 a piece, DealDash has different sales going on almost every day. A bidder can pick up a bid pack for as low as .12 per bid, but keep in mind that .12 bid sale are usually reserved for holidays.
  2. Promotions – DealDash has many different promotions that are offered. Some of these are 2x and 3x Time As The Highest Bidder (TATHB) which means that you collect time on your time clock even faster than normal. Another bidder favorite regarding promotions is the $3 No Jumper limit. Normally, there are no new bidders allowed into DealDash auctions after the auction reaches a price of $5. However, during this promotion there are no new bidders allowed in after $3. This results in less competition for you.
  3. Free Bids – What’s better than a bid sale? Free bids, of course! You can get free bids on DealDash in a variety of ways such as the TATHB that we talked about in item #2, but that’s only one way! You can also get free bids by just visiting DealDash every day and placing a bid. You will get more free bids each day that you visit DealDash consecutively, until you are getting a cool 30 free bids per day.

What Are You Doing with Your DealDash Wins?

DealDash

You’ve been getting a lot of DealDash wins lately. What are you doing with them?

If you’ve been bidding on DealDash for a while you probably have been accumulating a lot of wins. There are only so many items that you can really use for yourself. Here are some tips and ideas for what you can do with your DealDash wins.

Save Them for the Holidays

It seems like they move the holiday celebrations up earlier and earlier every year. I was at the mall last night and one of the department stores already had their Christmas trees and other decorations up for sale! Now that we have entered October, you might want to think about starting to save some of your wins to use as gifts. Alternately, you could start bidding on specific things that you think people might like as gifts.

I find that the gift cards can be enjoyed by just about everyone. If you are the sort of person who likes to give away small gift cards to service people such as your paper delivery person, mail person, and garbage collector, DealDash has some great choices that anyone could use such as Subway or Dunkin’ Donuts.

Choose Your Gift, Then BIN

If you don’t win the gift card outright, then you can always BIN (Buy It Now) and get the gift card, free shipping, and all of your bids back to use on another auction. You will also get to keep the “clock time” that you earned by bidding on the gift card.

This situation is true for any product on DealDash that you want to bid on. If you see a piece of art, an electronic item, or anything else that you think would make a perfect gift, just win it or BIN it!

Don’t Forget to Donate

We’ve all done it – bid on an item that we weren’t crazy about just because it looked like an easy win. Once you do win it, if it’s not something that you think someone you know would enjoy getting as a gift, why not donate it to charity? There are so many different charities that accept donations, from church groups, to the animal shelter to national disaster relief groups. It will help someone else and make you feel good as well. Remember, just because something isn’t your “cup of tea” doesn’t mean that someone else wouldn’t appreciate it.

Living Your DealDash Life to the Fullest

DealDashAre you living life to the fullest on DealDash? Are you taking advantage of every opportunity? Read on for more…

Welcome bidders! For new bidders on DealDash, you might be a little nervous to jump right in with both feet into bidding if you are unsure what you are doing. That’s why this blog and our other blogs DealDashTips.com and DealDashReviewed.com are here to help you succeed. We want you to live your DealDash  life to the fullest. Read on for tips, tricks, and information.

Wait for Bid Sales and Good Promos

In addition to not bidding right away due to watching the auctions, another reason you might not want to bid right away is to wait for a great promotion. Last weekend, for example, was a “No Jumpers After $3” promotion. This is an excellent promotion because there is significantly less competition due to there being less bidders able to get into the auction before they are locked out.

Other times, there are “Free Auction Weekends” or “Half Price Wins”, and many other different promotions. If you’re a new bidder or a seasoned bidder on a budget, then you might want to wait for one of these promotions. This is another way that you can live your DealDash life to the fullest.

Just Have Fun!

I often talk about the ways that you can save money and bids on this blog. However, it’s good to occasionally throw caution to the wind and just B-I-D! Sometimes you just need to let loose and have fun on DealDash instead of following all of the strategies, and just have fun. If you have gotten any free bids from DealDash, either from daily bidding or from sending in pictures of you wins, then those are the perfect bids to use as “throwaways” just to have a little fun. You never know, you just might win something! And if not, it’s no big loss, since you received those bids for free, anyway.

Bidding for Bids, the DealDash Way

800 Bid Pack!Tired of buying bids? Bid on bid packs! Read on for more information from DealDash.

Do you ever bid on bid packs on DealDash? The bid packs category is a very popular category on DealDash that many people love. There are many different bid pack auctions daily, you’re sure to get a good deal on bids if you bid and win bid packs! If you’d like to learn more about bid packs on DealDash, keep reading.

Choose a Number of Bids

Firstly, don’t just bid on any bid pack that you see. That would be a good way to waste a lot of bids and get extremely frustrated. What you’ll want to do before bidding on anything is to do some research. You’ll want to see exactly what number of numbers of bids are offered in bid pack auctions today. After you have picked what number of bids you want to win, you’ll need to choose the auction that you want to participate in. From a quick look at the auctions that are going on today, I see choices from 100 bids to 6,000 bids. Depending on the day that you are bidding, there might be different choices.

Pick the Correct Auction

Next, after you have chosen the number of bids that you want to win, you’ll need to choose the auction. DealDash typically offers the same auction multiple times per day if it’s a common item like bid packs. So if you’ve decided to go for the 1,000 bid pack, then you should go through and see what all of the starting times are for the different 1,000 bid packs. Then you can determine what bid pack that you would like to bid on.

Finally, you can either load up your BidBuddy with bids, or you can come back later if you want to watch the auction and do single-bids. My suggestion, however, is to put at least 1 bid in your BidBuddy. This way you won’t get locked out of the auction in case you don’t remember to come back in time for the auction to begin.

Use Free Bids

Do you come to DealDash for the free daily bids? If you do, then why not use the free bids that you receive from DealDash on bid packs? It can be a little disappointing to bid on bid packs and not win – if you use the free bids that you get from DealDash then you can just say “Oh well, they were free bids anyway!”

Learning About DealDash is Exciting!

Image result for dealdash old logoClearly, you enjoy bidding on DealDash if you’re reading this. Do you know how DealDash got it’s start? Read on…

DealDash is the longest running “pay-to-bid” auction site around. Before DealDash was founded on February 22, 2009, your only choices were a handful of sites that offered you absolutely nothing for your money if you didn’t win. Most of those other sites are out of business now, and with good reason. The whole idea of DealDash was thought up by company’s founder, William Wolfram. If you’re interested in learning more about DealDash’s history and some fun facts and tips, then read on.

The Difference With DealDash

DealDash is so very different from all of the other sites out there. Not only does DealDash offer a “safety net” for when you don’t win, they also offer many other unique perks. For instance, this safety net that I mentioned is called “Buy It Now”, or “BIN”. This means that you can recover each and every bid that you spent on a particular auction if you take the BIN option. Doing a BIN just means that you buy the auction for it’s retail price, and DealDash will give you back your bids. It’s that simple.

Another example of the DealDash difference is the fact that you can get your money back if you don’t enjoy using DealDash! DealDash is completely risk-free to try, because they will offer you a refund if you don’t want to continue being a member of the community. Please do remember, though, that your first bid pack is refundable, but not any subsequent bid packs.

DealDash Offers Free Bids – That’s Different

Something that’s definitely new and different to the auction world is that DealDash gives free bids. The other sites wouldn’t dream of giving free bids, but when William Wolfram started DealDash he thought long and hard what would make his customers happy. The result that he came up with was free gifts for his customers in the form of bids and free shipping.

As you’re bidding on DealDash your bid meter will start to fill up. Once your bidding meter has been filled your account will be credited with free bids right away. Remember when I told you about doing a BIN? After you’ve paid for your BIN and receive your bids back you’ll get to keep all of that time that you saved up as the highest bidder.

There are other ways to get free bids as well such as coming by daily to bid on DealDash, and also by sending in pictures and videos with your wins. So you can see, our founder William Wolfram really cares about his customers, and wants to make DealDash the best bidding site out there.
