Most people that I have talked to on DealDash have had interactions with the customer service staff, and I have never heard any complaints about friendliness or lack of knowledge. Contacting Customer Support
It’s very easy to contact a customer service employee on DealDash. Simply go down to the bottom of the home page and find the button that says “Contact Support.” Just click on that button and you’ll be taken to a screen where you can choose to either send DealDash an email or click on a “Live Support” button. I will leave pictures down below so that you can see how it looks.
What Can Customer Support Do for You?
After you have clicked on the yellow Customer Support button and have an option to email them, there are a few options on the drop-down menu that you can use, such as:
- How do I use the site?
- How can I return an item?
- How can I get a refund?
- I’m having technical issues, help
- Where is my item?
Or, you can choose to make your own subject line and write in to support about a different issue that you are having when you use the site. You can also click on the Live Chat button and immediately be connected with an employee that can help you. Don’t be shy, DealDash customer service is the best around!
